§ 33.058 AUTHORITY TO ANSWER CALLS OUTSIDE OF TOWN LIMITS.

   The Fire Department of the town is hereby authorized and directed to answer all calls outside of the corporate limits of the town at the discretion of the Fire Chief. The Fire Department may not answer such calls outside of the corporate limits if the Fire Chief feels that the town would be left uncovered.
