§ 33.052 DEPARTMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Department will draft a copy of SOGs (standard operational guidelines) and be approved by the Chief.
   (B)   The Fire Department will update SOGs every two years.
   (C)   The Town Board of Trustees, by motion or resolution, may adopt and change regulations relating to the Fire Department and its organization, operations and compensation.
