(A) Members.
(1) All members will become a Level 3 (intermediate level) firefighter in the state within three years of their probationary status.
(2) All members will attend training presented for the benefit of the member or the Department.
(3) Any member refusing to attend training classes provided for members of the Department will be dropped.
(4) All firefighters are required to have the following training: NIMS 100, 200, 700 and 800 (probationary year).
(B) Probationary firefighters. All probationary firefighters will complete the Department’s probationary-year fire training plan.
