§ 33.045 SECRETARY-TREASURER.

   (A)   The Secretary-Treasurer shall be elected annually from among the members of the Fire Department.

   (B)   The Secretary-Treasurer’s duties shall consist of the following:

      (1)   Calling the roll at the opening of each meeting;

      (2)   Keeping the minutes of each meeting; and

      (3)   Collecting any money due to the Department by the members.
