(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 130.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 131.15(A) of this chapter shall be fined not less than $20, including costs.

(C) (1) Violations of § 131.16(C) of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200, by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) Violations of § 131.16(D) of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200, by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(3) Violations of § 131.16(E) of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200, by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(4) Violations of § 131.16(F) of this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200, by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(5) (a) Any violation of § 131.16(G)(2)(a) or (G)(2)(b) of this chapter is an offense against the town; upon conviction of any such offense, the violator shall be punished as follows:
1. Not more than $100 for the first offense;
2. Not more than $200 for the second offense within a two-year period following the first offense; and
3. Not more than $300 for the third or subsequent offense within a two- year period following the first offense.
(b) When a person is convicted or enters a plea and receives a continued sentence for a violation of § 131.16(G)(3)(a) of this chapter, the total of any fines, fees or costs shall not exceed the following:
1. For a first offense, $100; and
2. For a second or subsequent offense within a one-year period following the first offense, $200.
(c) When a person is convicted or enters a plea and receives a continued sentence for a violation of § 131.16(G)(4)(a) or (G)(4)(b) of this chapter, the total of any fines, fees or costs shall not exceed the following:
1. For the first offense, $100;
2. For the second offense, $200; and
3. For the third or subsequent offense, $300.
(d) When a person is convicted or enters a plea and receives a continued sentence for a violation of § 131.16(G)(5) of this chapter, the total of any fines, fees or costs shall not exceed $200 for each offense.
