§ 33.999 PENALTY.

   (A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   It shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $200 for any person to wear, carry or display a Police Reserve Force identification card or to otherwise deceitfully represent himself or herself to be connected with the Police Reserve Force, per §§ 33.020 through 33.029 of this chapter, unless he or she is in fact a member thereof in good standing.

      (2)   Any person other than a member of the Force who shall wear such uniform or badge as may be prescribed per § 33.026 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
