Compensation for the Village Administrator position shall be established by separate ordinance and the amount determined based upon qualifications. The salary of the Village Administrator will be payable in bi-weekly installments as with other payroll of the Village of Caldwell. Further, one-third of the Village Administrator's salary shall come from the General Fund, one-third from the Water Fund, and one-third from the Sewer Fund due to the fact that the Village Administrator will be providing services for all said departments.
