EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 2000-11, passed August 14, 2000, combined the duties of the former Village Clerk and Village Treasurer and established a new position of Clerk-Treasurer. References throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Clerk and the Treasurer shall be deemed to mean the Clerk-Treasurer. See Chapter 234.
