1060.11 OCCASIONAL HAULERS.

All occasional haulers are exempted from the requirements of Section 1060.02 but must comply with all other terms and conditions of this chapter. In cases of dispute Council will conduct a hearing and decide the question of “hauler” or “occasional hauler.”
