§ 39.02 CONTINUITY OF GOVERNMENT.

When the temporary absence or temporary disability of the Mayor shall prevent his or her serving in the Office of Mayor during a national, state or local emergency, the duties and responsibilities of the Mayor shall be administered temporarily by the City Clerk as set forth in KRS 83A.040.
