§ 151.066 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1).
   (A)   Uses permitted. Any use permitted in a Neighborhood - Highway Business District.
   (B)   Uses prohibited. Any use prohibited in a Neighborhood-Highway District and such similar uses which in the opinion of the Board of Zoning Adjustment would be detrimental to the development of the Central Business District as a retail shopping area.
   (C)   Required lot area and yard area.
      (1)   Commercial uses-None.
      (2)   Residential uses--Same as required for R-2 District.
   (D)   Height. No building shall exceed six stories or 75 feet in height.
   (E)   Off-street automobile storage. As required in § 151.022 of this chapter.
   (F)   Signs. Exterior business signs shall be for advertising merchandise or services sold on the premises only and in no case shall there be more than one exterior sign for each business. No sign shall be placed closer than three feet from the street right-of-way.
   (G)   Screening. Where a side lot line is shared with an adjoining residential district, a well maintained compact hedge, a solid fence or similar solid screening device four to six feet in height shall be installed to screen the business use from the adjoining lot in the residential district. The screen shall begin at the front building line and extend along the common side lot line to the rear property line.
