(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is specifically provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20 nor more than $500.
(B) Any person who violates § 71.26 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $60 nor more than $500, or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both.
(C) (1) Pursuant to KRS 83A.065(2), a violation of any provision of §§ 71.40 et seq. is expressly made a misdemeanor subject to a criminal fine, a term of imprisonment, or both. Any person violating any provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during which or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(2) The city shall be entitled to recover all costs and reasonable attorney's fees incurred by the city in enforcing any provision of this §§ 71.40 et seq.
