(A) All new customers of the city waterworks shall pay a processing fee instead of a deposit. The processing fee shall be non-refundable. The processing fee rates are as follows:

Industrial | $250 |
(B) In the event a customer of the city waterworks desires to transfer service from one location to another, and the customer has already transferred his or her service once, a non-refundable transfer fee of $25 shall be paid by the customer.
(C) The processing and transfer fees will begin to be charged on March 1, 2006.
(D) Any rules and regulations referenced in § 52.04 of the Cadiz Code are hereby amended in accordance with this section.
