The City Council has concurrently herewith enacted an ordinance adopting rules and regulations for the operation of the municipal water works system of the city. Such ordinance is incorporated in this chapter by reference and made a part hereof. Copies of such rules and regulations are on file at the office of the City Clerk, where same may be examined by any interested parties.
