1313.05 VACATION AND DEMOLITION.
   If the owner, occupant, mortgagee or lessee fails to comply with the order of the Housing Inspector provided for in Section 1313.03 , or the action of the Housing Appeals Board after hearing, where a hearing has been requested, the Housing Inspector shall cause such building or structure or part thereof to be vacated and may cause the same to be repaired or demolished if the facts indicate that any delay will be dangerous to the health, morals, safety or general welfare of the people and shall cause the costs of such repair or demolition to be charged against the land on which the building or structure existed as a municipal lien as provided in Section 1313.07 or to be recovered in a suit at law against the owner.
