(a) Upon adoption of an amendment to the text of the Zoning Ordinance, the amendment shall be appropriately codified in the Zoning Ordinance and the Ordinance Number, date of passage, and effective date of the amendment shall be noted in footnotes to the section or paragraph so amended. The Cover page to the Zoning Ordinance shall be updated with the most recent date of amendment.
(b) The Official Zoning Map, with any amendments made thereon, shall be identified by the signatures of the Mayor and Village Clerk of Cadiz, Ohio, under the following words:
