The Board shall hold a reorganization meeting during the month of January of each year to elect a chairperson and other officers. The Board shall meet at such other times as it may determine in order to perform its duties and render decisions as may be requested. The Board shall meet within the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building of the Village of Cadiz. All meeting of the Board shall be open to the public.
