1115.12 VIOLATIONS.

In case any sign shall be installed, erected, constructed or maintained in violation of any of the terms of this chapter, the Zoning Administrator shall notify in writing the owner or lessee thereof to alter such sign so as to comply with this chapter. Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a violation and shall be punishable under Section 1127.99.
