Whoever, being an owner, lessee, principal, agent, employee, or otherwise, violates any of the provisions of this Zoning Code or permits any such violation or fails to comply with any of the requirements thereof or erects, constructs, alters, enlarges, converts, moves or uses any building or uses any land, in violation of any detailed statement or plan submitted by him and approved under the provisions of this Zoning Code, shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than six (6) months, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
