Unless otherwise provided herein, a permit for signage shall be required for all signs placed, constructed, erected, relocated, refaced, or modified on a development site within the Village of Cadiz . Such permit shall be secured in conformance with the provisions set forth herein and by payment of the fees specified in Section 1127.13 (Schedule of Fees, Charges and Expenses). (Ord. 2014-50.
