905.99  PENALTY.
   (a)    Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (b)    Whoever violates any provision of Section 905.02 shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
