771.02  FEES; DURATION.
   (a)   The permits required by Section 771.01 shall be for the periods of time and require the advance payment of the fees as follows:
      (1)   For any length of time up to, and including, ten days: twenty-five dollars ($25.00);
      (2)   For any length of time in excess of ten days, but not in excess of thirty days: seventy-five dollars ($75.00).
   No permit shall be issued for any period of time in excess of thirty days from the effective date of the permit.  If an applicant desires to continue in an activity herein regulated for a period of time longer than thirty days, he must reapply for a new permit and pay the fee  required for it by this Section, upon the expiration of the time for which the initial permit was issued.
      (3)   No fee shall be charged for a permit issued to a civic and/or non-profit group.
   (b)   A permit issued to a civic and/or non-profit group shall be effective for a period of time not to exceed one year from the effective date of the permit.
