741.99  PENALTY.
   Whoever owns or operates any mechanical or electrical amusement device or operates an amusement arcade without first obtaining a license and paying the fee required for it or who exhibits or operates such a machine, device or amusement arcade or permits the same to be exhibited or operated for gambling or otherwise violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation established by the Fiscal Officer pursuant to Section 741.08 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both. In addition, such licensee may have his license revoked.  Whoever swears falsely in an affidavit required to be made under the terms of this chapter, shall be guilty of perjury and shall be subject to the penalty provided by State statute.
