The license of any person, violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations established and adopted by the Village Fiscal Officer as provided for by Section 741.08 shall be revoked by the Fiscal Officer. The Fiscal Officer is also hereby authorized to deny, for reasonable cause, an application for a license. The Fiscal Officer shall notify such licensee of any hearing of the Fiscal Officer involving the denial or revocation of such license. Such notification shall be sent by registered mail to the last address of the licensee on file with the Fiscal Officer.
