351.17 MAXIMUM CONSECUTIVE PARKING HOURS.
   (a)   No person shall park any motor vehicle upon any street or alley longer than forty- eight consecutive hours.
   (b)   Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to permit the parking of motor vehicles where prohibited or relaxing the restrictions on the parking of motor vehicles by the ordinances of the Village or statutes of the Ohio Revised Code.
   (c)   When any police officer finds a vehicle which is parked in violation of the provisions of this section, such officer may provide for the removal of such vehicle to the nearest garage or other place of safety.  All costs of removal, including any towing and storage, shall be the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.
   (d)   Notwithstanding any other penalty provided in this section, the owner of any motor vehicle found to be in violation of this section shall be fined up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) per day.  Each day shall constitute a separate violation.
