(a) Except for the purpose of pick-up and delivery, moving or other similar services, no motor vehicle, boat, trailer, truck, tractor, bus or other moving or towed vehicle or object, with the exception of passenger vehicles with current license plates, small trucks under one ton and motorcycles shall park on any street or alley or in the area between the curb and sidewalk in any residential area of the Village.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
