(A) It shall be the responsibility of the Police Department, acting through the Code Enforcement Officer and the City Planner to enforce this chapter.
(B) Enforcement will be accomplished as follows:
(1) Upon notice of violation of § 154.02, an initial letter will be sent to the offending party advising of the violation.
(2) The violator will be allowed 14 days in which to correct or cure the violation.
(3) If the violation is not cured or corrected within the 14-day period, a notice of imposition of penalty shall be delivered to the responsible violator.
(C) The City Clerk-Treasurer or designee shall collect all paid penalties through the Ordinance Violations Bureau.
(D) The Clerk-Treasurer shall initiate suit for collection in the City Court for all penalties assessed yet unpaid.
