   (C)   All street address numbers, when viewed from the adjoining street, whether mounted on a house/structure, chiseled into a masonry block, or mounted to a mailbox located beside the adjoining street, can be seen easily. There shall be no obstructions that can block viewing the street address numbers.
   (D)   All street address numbers shall be a minimum three inches in height and one and one-half inches in width.
   (E)   Accessory structures are to have the same address as the primary structure on a parcel.
