§ 30.12 SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   (1)   From and after the first day of January 2024, the following employees of the city shall receive the following pay rates in 26 pay periods per year unless otherwise stated:

      (2)   The wages of all laborers shall be determined by the applicable department heads, within the hourly rates specified above.
   (B)   In November of each year each full-time city employee, other than police, shall receive $1.75 for each week worked times the number of years they have been employed.
   (C)   In November of each year, each part-time employee shall receive $1.00 for each week worked times the number of years they have been employed.
   (D)   The city shall provide uniforms for superintendents, supervisors, managers, equipment operators, laborers, and lab technicians.
   (E)   The city shall contribute the 3% contribution on behalf of each city employee who is a member of the Public Employee Retirement Fund. The city shall also contribute the 6% contribution on behalf of each police officer (and full-time firefighter) who is a member of the 1977 Police and Firefighters Fund.
   (F)   Raises shall not be given by any department head to any employee without prior written approval from the Mayor and Clerk-Treasurer.
