(a) Regular Council meetings shall be held in the Burton Village Council room at 7:00 p.m. or such other time as may be designated by the Mayor, on the second and fourth Mondays of each month with the following exceptions.
(1) When the day so designated falls on a legal holiday such meetings shall be held on the first available day following such legal holiday.
(2) Upon majority vote of Council to suspend an upcoming meeting provided public notice is given.

(b) The Council meeting occurring on the second Monday of each month shall be primarily for the reports of each standing committee referenced in Section 121.07, and for members of the public to address Council. Other business, including the reading of legislation or the passage of legislation, may be conducted at this meeting.
(c) The Council meeting occurring on the fourth Monday of each month shall be primarily for the passage of legislation and the discussion by Council and the Mayor of Village business. Unless otherwise determined by the Mayor, members of the public will not have the opportunity to address Council at this meeting.
