The following standing committees of Council shall be appointed by the Mayor at the first regular meeting in January of each year:
(a) Village Parks and Trees Committee;
(b) Streets Committee;
(c) Business District Committee;
(d) Finance Committee;
(e) Insurance, Grants, and Revenue Generation Committee.
