Upon receipt of the application by the Village Engineer as set forth in Section 901.03, the Engineer shall contact the applicant in writing and advise that the suggested method of work and remedial work is satisfactory or unsatisfactory, as the case may be, and if it is unsatisfactory, outline a satisfactory method. Further he shall advise that the time allotted is sufficient or insufficient and if it is insufficient, advise a sufficient time. In addition he shall advise the estimated cost of the involvement of the Village sidewalk, roadway, water systems and/or sewer systems and a suggested bond. The bond shall in no way exceed the maximum cost necessary to reimburse the Village should it be necessary for the Village to complete that portion of the work involving its sidewalks, roadways, water systems and/or sewer systems.
