§ 51.022 UNAUTHORIZED TURN-ON OR TURN-OFF PROHIBITED.

(A) No person, other than an authorized employee of the Department, shall turn on or off any water service at the curb stop and let water into the premises connected without permission of the Department.

(B) Any person who owns or who is in lawful possession of any premises where water has been unlawfully turned on shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
