§ 51.020   DAMAGE TO SYSTEM PROHIBITED.
   No person shall deface, damage, obstruct, or commit any act tending to deface, damage, or obstruct in any manner any building, machinery, pipes, mains, fittings, fire hydrants, or apparatus, or other fixtures connected with the system.
