§ 51.006 SYSTEM USE; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

The system shall be used for the transportation and delivery of potable water only. Connections to the system, directly or indirectly, and the use of water therefrom for all purposes shall be only in compliance with this ordinance and with the standards and regulations of the county and the city applicable thereto, all of which shall apply.
