§ 51.004   SEPARATE PREMISES OR UNIT.
   Each lot, parcel of land, or building, or any portion thereof, occupied or used for a separate purpose or by a separate tenant or family, shall be considered as a separate premises or unit, for the purpose of this ordinance.
