§ 32.01 AUTHORITY TO SIGN CHECKS AND DRAFTS.

   (A)   The following administrative officers are authorized to sign all checks and drafts drawn on the accounts of the city:

      (1)   The Mayor;

      (2)   The Clerk; and

      (3)   The Treasurer.

   (B)   It shall be necessary to have the signatures of 2 of the above administrative officers on all checks and drafts of the city.
