The determination of an occupancy classifications of any commercial medical marijuana transaction facilities/marijuana establishments, as defined in the International Building Code (IFC) and the International Fire Code (IFC), shall be determined as follows:
(A) Medical marijuana provisioning center/marijuana retailer:
(1) M Occupancy; or
(2) B Occupancy if there is a patient care similar.
(B) Medical marijuana grow facility/marijuana grower:
(1) F-1 Occupancy.
(C) Medical marijuana processing facility/marijuana processor:
(1) H Occupancy when use of propane or butane; or
(2) F-1 Occupancy - for all other processes.
(D) Marijuana safety compliance facilities:
(1) F-1 Occupancy.
(E) Marijuana Microbusiness:
(1) H Occupancy when use of propane or butane; or
(2) F-1 Occupancy - for all other processes.
(F) Designated consumption establishment:
(1) A-3 Occupancy.
