§ 138.01 UNLAWFUL TO PREVENT, OBSTRUCT, DELAY COMMUNICATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT.

No person shall prevent, obstruct or delay by any means, including but not limited to, the disablement or destruction of telephonic or cellular equipment, the sending, conveyance, or delivery of any communication to any law enforcement official, agency or office by another person.
