The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Flood Insurance Study (FIS) entitled Genesee County, Michigan (All Jurisdictions) and dated September 25, 2009, and the Flood Insurance Rate Map(s) (FIRMS) panel number 26049C; 0192D, 0194D, 0211D 0212D, 0213D, 0214D, 0302D, 0304D, 0306D, 0307D, 0308D, 0309D, 3026D, 0327D, 0328D and 0329D and dated September 25, 2009, are adopted by reference for the purposes of administration of the Michigan Construction Code, and declared to be a part of Section 1612.3 of the Michigan Building Code, and to provide the content of the "Flood Hazards" section of Table R301.2(1) of the Michigan Residence Code.
