§ 10.15   EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCES.
   Unless declared to be an emergency ordinance as provided in Section 5.3(b) of the Burton City Charter, no ordinance shall become effective earlier than 15 days after enactment. (See Charter Section 5.5.) All ordinances requiring publication shall not take effect until after publication thereof.
