§ 156.35 MINIMUM STANDARDS.

The standards set forth in this ordinance shall be the minimum standards that any other standard tending to create a more hazardous condition shall not be accepted. All streets shall be dedicated to public use. Arterial streets shall be dedicated to public use in all cases.
