§ 155.20 VARIANCE HEARING; FEE ESTABLISHED.

The City Council shall establish, by resolution, a fee to be charged to any person, firm, or corporation for a variance hearing for any type of construction above or below ground level or to fill within any floodplain or floodway area as defined under the terms of this ordinance.
