§ 154.14   PENALTIES.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate this ordinance shall be deemed responsible for a municipal civil infraction.
   (B)   In addition to such fines, costs and other penalties which may apply for the violation of any city municipal civil infraction, a person who violates Part 91, the Rules or this ordinance shall be subject to such penalties, fines and other relief as provided in Part 91.
