§ 141.03 FALSE COIN, PRICE TAGS, WEIGHTS AND MEASURES, AND THE LIKE.

No person who, with intent to defraud or cheat, shall designedly, by color of any false token, by any false or bogus check, by spurious coin, or by switching price tags, or by means of any false weights or measures, obtain from any person any money or other valuable thing.
