(A) No person shall recklessly or heedlessly or willfully or wantonly use, carry, handle, or discharge any firearm without due caution and circumspection for the rights, safety, or property of others.
(B) In addition to the penalties elsewhere applicable for the violation of this ordinance and section, the court may suspend the hunting privileges of any person convicted of violating this section for a period of not to exceed 3 years from the date of conviction.
