§ 136.04   PROPERTY DAMAGE BY DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS.
   No person shall carelessly, recklessly, negligently, or willfully cause or allow any firearm under his or her control to be discharged so as to destroy or injure the property of another, real or personal.
