§ 132.04 FALSE IDENTIFICATION.

(A) No person under the age of 21 years of age shall falsely represent himself or herself to be 21 years of age or over, for the purpose of purchasing or attempting to purchase any alcoholic beverage.

(B) No person shall present false or altered identification to the proprietor or agent or employee of a business licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages within the city.
