§ 112.27   SEWER INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION; LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in the business of installing and connecting waste sewers of existing residences and commercial buildings to public sanitary sewers in the city without first obtaining a license therefor; nor shall any person, firm, or corporation carry on that business after the license therefor shall have expired or been revoked.
