§ 112.26 PURPOSE.

It is hereby determined and declared to be necessary for the due protection of the public health, safety, and welfare of the people of the city to license and regulate contractors installing and connecting waste sewers of existing residences and commercial buildings to the public sanitary sewers in the city.
